Warranty Coverage
EQ Flux includes a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
• Water or liquid damage
• Electrical surges
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• Damage from fire, flooding, or natural disasters

Tampering with or removing the warranty seal voids coverage.

Ownership & Security Interest

• EQ Flux retains a security interest in the device until full payment is received
• Ownership transfers only after final payment clears

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in New York, NY.

• Each party waives the right to a jury trial
• Arbitration decisions may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction

This limited warranty is the sole remedy provided. EQ Pulse Wave, Inc. disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
